- Persuasive ability – confident pitching to senior HR stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Quick learner – able to grasp calling scripts, business model, and training inputs rapidly.
- Prior exposure to sales, outbound calling, or lead generation (preferred).
- Target orientation – motivated to meet activity goals (calls, meetings booked).
- Reliability – consistent follow-up, accurate logging of calls and outcomes.
- Stakeholder orientation – able to build rapport over phone and create interest in GPTW offerings.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calling to HR decision-makers to schedule meetings.Work closely with the BD team lead for daily / weekly targets and reporting.Track number of calls made and meetings set up; share daily progress reports.Maintain structured call logs, leads database, and follow-up actions.Assist in preparing for client meetings through research and background notes.Participate in training sessions for calling scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.Support business development efforts by creating initial interest and generating qualified leads.Location
