About the Role

Ascent is looking for a creative and business-savvy Outbound Sales professional to join our Inbound Sales team. In this role, you will own our digital voice, drive brand presence, and play a crucial part in nurturing prospective client relationships. This is not just about creating posts - it's about positioning Ascent as a trusted partner for businesses, sparking conversations, and moving prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation : Draft, design, and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms tailored to our audience of business decision-makers.
  • Prospect Engagement & Nurturing : Monitor interactions, respond thoughtfully to inquiries, and build meaningful connections with prospective clients via social channels.
  • Thought Leadership Positioning : Curate and share industry insights, case studies, and success stories that showcase Ascent's expertise in IT consulting and automation.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team : Align content strategy with inbound sales goals, ensuring campaigns generate qualified leads and support pipeline development.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Who You Are

  • A storyteller with strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for business leaders
  • Proficient in using social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Canva, scheduling and analytics platforms)
  • Business-aware, with a keen interest in B2B sales, technology, and consulting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with prospects professionally online
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
