Job Title : Engineer Senior Engineer Projects Execution – Civil (Data Center Projects)

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 4–12 years (Data Center / Industrial / Commercial projects preferred)

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Role Overview :

The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end execution of civil construction activities for data center projects. The role involves managing contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with MEP teams, and delivering the project within timelines and budget.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution
• Execute and monitor civil construction works including excavation, foundation, superstructure, finishing, waterproofing, and site development.
• Ensure project execution as per design drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Develop and track construction schedules, aligning with overall project milestones.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Interface with consultants, architects, PMC, vendors, and internal MEP / fit-out teams.
• Support cross-functional coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, IT / Networking) to meet data center construction needs.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
• Quality Assurance & Control
• Implement QA / QC procedures for civil works.
• Ensure concrete quality, steel works, and finishes meet project standards.
• Conduct inspections, raise RFIs, and close NCRs in coordination with QA / QC teams.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce safety norms and site discipline.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily site progress reports, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
• Track BOQ, bill verification, and support in contractor billing & certification.
• Highlight risks, delays, and provide mitigation plans to management.
