Job Summary :

The Head of Quality is responsible for leading the organization's Quality & strategies, ensuring robust Business Process Management (BPM), and driving continuous improvement across all functions. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 standards, fosters a culture of quality, and integrates Industry 4.0 methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Intelligence & transformational tools. Also enables Robotic Process automation to enhance Designs , optimize Product defects , improve Service Quality ,Operational excellence & Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA / QC) :

• Develop and enforce QA / QC policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure successful certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
