POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive / Institutional Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth for our bag manufacturing company. This role requires a professional with minimum 2 years of sales experience , strong industry knowledge, and expertise in corporate and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the bag manufacturing or related industries and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, schools, and educational organizations
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified prospects
- Create customer database for effective CRM and client relationship management
- Target key market segments including corporate gifting, educational institutions, and bulk procurement clients
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clientsServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage high-level client negotiationsConduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase bag solutionsUnderstand client requirements and provide customized product solutionsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-upSales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targetsCreate and execute marketing campaigns targeting corporate and institutional segmentsPrepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiationsMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to managementCollaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fieldExperience
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B salesPrior experience in bag manufacturing, luggage industry, textile manufacturing , or related sectorsDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or bulk procurement preferredIndustry Knowledge
Understanding of bag manufacturing processes and product specificationsKnowledge of different bag types including backpacks, laptop bags, corporate gifts, school bagsFamiliarity with textile materials, manufacturing quality standards, and customization optionsAwareness of corporate gifting trends and institutional procurement processesCore Skills
