Role Overview :
As a Business Development Manager (BDM)
at
AGS Relocations , you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client base for
Destination Services (DSP) &
Immigration
in India. This role involves engaging with both corporate and private clients, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll be reporting to Head of Immigration & Head of DSP (Dual Reporting) therefore, you will be expected to balance sales strategies for both service lines while ensuring seamless coordination between them.

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a sales strategy for Immigration and DSP services in India, targeting both corporate and private clients.
Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, including multinational corporations, Indian businesses, startups, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring steady business growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement sales campaigns, presentations, and client outreach programs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine service offerings and positioning.
Revenue Generation & KPI Management
Achieve and exceed sales targets set for
Immigration
and
DSP
services.
Maintain and update CRM tools with sales leads, client interactions, and revenue projections.
Track and report on sales performance, client acquisitions, and revenue contributions to both Immigration and DSP Heads and Managers.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and new clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as HR heads, global mobility managers, legal teams, and individual clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and work with service delivery teams to enhance the client experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Work closely with Immigration and DSP teams to ensure that service offerings align with client expectations.
Provide client feedback to operations teams for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions, pricing strategies, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Align with regional and global business development teams to leverage cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Industry Networking & Brand Promotion
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
Establish partnerships with relocation management companies (RMCs), HR associations, expat communities, and legal firms to expand referral networks.
Stay up to date with immigration policies, relocation trends, and market changes to provide informed consulting to clients.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Sales, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in business development, in
Immigration, Global Mobility, or Relocation services .
Proven track record of
selling B2B and B2C services , especially to corporate HR, global mobility, and legal teams.
Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach to selling services.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Deep understanding of Immigration and DSP services, including visa processes, work permits, relocation, home search, school search, and settling-in assistance.
Ability to build relationships with corporate HR, expat communities, and legal teams.
Strong presentation and communication skills (written & verbal).
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently while aligning with dual reporting managers.
