Facade Design Head - India's No. 1 Facade & Fenestration Company

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the design planning and execution of PAN India faade projects.
• Conduct work planning, resource allocation, and team capacity analysis.
• Optimize materials (MTO) and generate precise BOM, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality design deliverables aligned with project requirements.
• Lead and mentor the design team, fostering both organizational and individual growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, site teams).

This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep technical acumen and strong team management and customer facing capabilities.
