Esper.io - Software Development Engineer III - Full Stack

Description :

Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer (SDE III) to join Esper and build impactful features across both UI and backend systems.

In this role, youll own features end-to-end from design through deployment while working closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

If youre excited to use AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up coding, testing, and documentation, youll fit right in.

What Youll Do :

• Build and deliver production-ready features in React (frontend) and Go / Python (backend).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to shape requirements and solutions.
• Contribute to system design, code reviews, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Take ownership of features, fixes, and enhancements across the platform.
• Write high-quality, test-driven code and documentation.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
