Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Development Engineer III to join our team. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing secure, scalable, and innovative FinTech platforms impacting millions of customers worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in the payments domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Java or GoLang.
  • Build and optimize intuitive, responsive, and secure frontend applications using React or React Native.
  • Design and implement robust payment systems, integrations, and transaction flows.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in payment processing.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, system design, and performance improvements.
  • Implement microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Work with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance at all times.
  • Explore and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : BE / B.Tech from a Tier-1 college (mandatory).

  • Backend Expertise : Proficiency in Java or GoLang with 3+ years of backend development.
  • Frontend Expertise : Strong experience in React.js or React Native (mandatory).
  • Payments Domain : Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the payments / FinTech domain (mandatory).
  • Databases & Tools : Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Cloud & DevOps : Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in high-volume, low-latency transaction systems.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Work on cutting-edge FinTech solutions with a global footprint.
