Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Noida. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel inquiries, providing travel consultations, arranging travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, coordinating with clients for travel plans, and offering expert advice on travel destinations and packages.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
