To undertake M&A and divestments under the guidance of the core group, related to strategic financial activities, i.e., acquisitions, divestments, mergers, demergers, fundraising, restructuring, diligence, valuations, economic modelling, etc.For M&A, to ensure timely completion of valuation exercises, due diligence reports, assist with legal / commercial aspects in legal documentation, work with tax advisors as required, and present updates to management. M&A tracker. Close and continuous engagement with all external parties involved in M&A transactions.Maintaining relationships with investment banks, due diligence firms, valuation firms, law firms, etc, in all matters related to M&A and related aspects along with senior management.M&A presentations / deck including valuation and DD findings, M&A tracker, updates as required in the course of the transaction up to final submission to Board for consideration / evaluation of the proposed transaction.Skill sets: Possesses sound knowledge and skills in financial concepts.
