We are seeking an experienced CRM Functional Consultant to join our AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) team. The role involves providing 24 / 7 global support to users across India, the Philippines, Romania, and France.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support and issue resolution for CRM users.Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quick turnaround.Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth system operations.Perform debugging and analysis where required to identify root causes.Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and application components.Work in shifts (primarily 2nd shift) and provide on-call support during weekends as needed.Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in CRM (Functional).Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze and pinpoint issues efficiently, based on urgency.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proven team player with flexible working hours.Nice to Have
Technical knowledge of CRM is desirable (though the focus remains functional).Exposure to debugging or CRM configurations will be an added advantage.Skills Required
