Job descriptionProven UX / UI Experience : You have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing user interfaces for desktop and web applications. Your work demonstrates your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Expertise in Design Tools : Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe tools, and the like. Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Axure is a plus. Automation : Programming skills for the automation of design processes (JavaScript, Python) are desirable User-Centered Mindset : You are passionate about understanding user behavior, conducting usability testing, and designing solutions that solve real user problems. Collaborative Team Player : You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Ability to speak, write and communicate in English in a professional context – other languages desirable. Problem-Solving Skills : You have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. You're not just a designer; Continuous Learner : You keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and are eager to expand your skillset.
