This role will be reporting to the head of product.
The Opportunity :
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team, who'd help us improve the platform to suit the needs of our B2B customers in a more self-serviced manner.
The innovation traits for the user experience process should complement the cutting-edge technology that our Jivox IQ platform offers as a whole.
You will work closely with the Product Managers and the Engg Leads to efficiently and effectively formalize UI design, design tools usage, and design consistency checks across the board.
As a part of Jivoxs Product team, you would help design the product for our global Self-service clientele.
Our portfolio of global clients includes the likes of Marriott, Mazda, Nestle, IBM, Fedex and Cathay Airlines.
