Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Coordinator at Scarlet Multi Products Private Limited located in Rajkot. The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales coordination processes, providing excellent customer service, maintaining communications with clients, and supporting sales operations. Daily tasks include liaising with the sales team to process orders, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products, and assisting in developing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination and supporting Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and proven track record of successful customer interactions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or production sector is a plus
