Senior Finance Executive

We are looking a

Senior Finance Executive

with strong accounting and financial management skills to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a

B.Com, M.Com graduate or CA Inter

with

2–4 years of experience

in accounting, audit, or taxation, preferably with exposure to working in a CA firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate work delivery.

Manage accounting operations and finalize financial statements.

Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST and TDS compliance.

Conduct internal and statutory audits and prepare related reports.

Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.

Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

Qualification : B.Com or M.Com.

Experience : 2–5 years in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial reporting (experience in a CA firm preferred).

Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a small team.

Preferred Experience :

Prior experience in a CA firm or financial consulting firm.

Exposure to multiple client accounts across industries.

Understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
