CTC Range : ₹40–45 LPA

Education : BTech + MBA (Mandatory)

Industry Preference : Only candidates from IT Product or IT Services companies will be considered

Tech Stack : Must have hands-on experience with SAP

Location : Candidate must be residing in Delhi, Noida or Gurugram

Role Summary

We are hiring a strategic and analytical Senior Manager – Business Finance to lead financial planning, commercial analysis, and investment modeling. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support high-growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to drive revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles

Review commercials for new deals ensuring margin compliance and cost coverage

Conduct cost-benefit, trend, and scenario analyses at BU level

Support business case development and ROI modeling for strategic investments

Design and manage planning models (AOPs, rolling forecasts, actuals)

Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership

Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support commercial decision-making

Must-Have Qualifications

BTech + MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A and Business Finance

Prior experience in IT Product or IT Services companies is mandatory

Strong working knowledge of SAP , Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

Deep understanding of accounting frameworks, revenue recognition, and regulatory matters

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Exposure to fundraising , due diligence , and M&A activities

Experience supporting investment proposals and strategic financial initiatives

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
