Key Lead, coach, and motivate the global Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing and hiring targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Work closely with the Global HR Leader to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning, organizational priorities & employer branding.Ensure clear prioritization of open positions based on business needs, hiring urgency, and function-level requirements.Monitor and track every stage of the recruitment funnel from sourcing to preboarding ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and quality of hire.Oversee end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions including APAC, NORAM & LATAM.Ensure all team members are effectively using ATS platforms and maintaining up-to-date candidate pipelines.Utilize and optimize global job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Global, Seek, JobStreet, Naukri, Kalibrr, etc.) to source top talent across regions.Review job advertisements and sourcing content to ensure market relevance and brand consistency.Analyze recruitment data to drive decisions, evaluate team performance, and report KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, source performance, etc.).Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and smooth communication at every stage.Manage external partnerships agencies, RPOs, job portals, and sourcing vendors to strengthen global reach and talent pipelines.Continuously improve global recruitment processes, playbooks, and communication frameworks to support scale and consistency.Support and promote YCSs employer branding through global campaigns, candidate experience, and storytelling initiatives.Education & 5- 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 23 years in a team leadership or regional / global TA management role.
