We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role. This position involves overseeing design execution, coordinating between stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control across architectural and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a project coordinator between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure smooth execution of interior and architectural projects as per approved designs and timelines
• Review and verify working drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings for compliance and accuracy
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent
• Assist in preparing project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, and site teams for design implementation
• Handle day-to-day problem-solving, decision-making, and technical clarifications at the site
• Maintain all documentation, reports, and approvals related to design and site execution
• Support procurement by reviewing technical specs, finishes, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety norms, and project standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Master’s degree is a plus
