Design Lead

Profile : Design Lead - Interior Design & Execution

Location : Hyderabad

Role Overview :

You'll be the bridge between design vision and execution. From leading projects at design development to handover, managing clients, guiding junior designers, and coordinating with our in-house factory team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage projects end-to-end.
• Communicate with clients confidently and clearly.
• Review design drawings, BOQs, and finishes.
• Coordinate with the production and site teams.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior designers in design thinking and detailing.
