• Design, manage, and regularly update content for the organization’s website
• Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong digital connection with customers
• Oversee and monitor the company's social media presence, ensuring engagement and growth
• Plan and launch targeted advertisements to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with business-to-customer (B2C) social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics
• Proven track record of launching successful digital campaigns and improving brand presence online
• Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS)
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
