Product Information & Digital Asset Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Information & Digital Asset Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our product information and digital assets to ensure accurate and consistent representation across various platforms and channels, including eCommerce and syndication of product information to channel partners. You will play a critical role in enhancing our customers' experience by ensuring that they have access to the most up-to-date and relevant product information and visual assets.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain a centralized database of product information, including specifications, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant details.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product information across multiple platforms, including e-commerce websites, catalogs, specification documents, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather and verify product information.
• Develop and implement processes and workflows to streamline the management and distribution of product information.
• Work closely with the creative team to organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Ensure proper tagging, metadata, and categorization of digital assets for easy retrieval and usage.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to source and manage digital assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and copyright restrictions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product information management and digital asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product information management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
• Specific experience using Riversand / Syndigo PIM is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels, BigCommerce preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
