Specialist - Google & Meta Ads

Google & Meta Ad Specialist Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Manage performance budgets efficiently to meet CAC, ROAS, and growth KPIs.
• Build high-performing funnels through audience segmentation, ad sequencing, and remarketing strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Conduct regular A / B tests on ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Set up performance dashboards and track metrics like CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and attribution paths.
• Monitor platform algorithms and trends to adapt campaigns in real time for better results.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure alignment between brand storytelling and performance goals. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or consumer brands.
• Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience in Shopify / landing page integrations and performance tracking tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief and collaborate with design / content teams.
• Experience working in a startup, D2C brand, or digital agency environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
