Profile – Manager Project Management and Leadership Engagement

Location & work – Gurgaon, WFO, General shift

Employment Type – Full-time

Preferred experience – 6 - 11 Years

The Role :

We're looking for a proactive Consultant or Manager who can drive end-to-end project management activities while engaging effectively with leadership teams. The role demands ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate independently in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of projects using Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Engage with leadership to translate business goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmap; ensure alignment across teams.
• Allocate resources, including budget, time, and personnel, across the project portfolio.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; manage backlog prioritization in Jira.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively; manage dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide high-level overviews and reporting to executives on the project performance.
• Drive process improvement through automation, templates, and delivery best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Preferred Qualification :

BE / B. Tech / PG / MBA (Full time, no gap in education)
