Job description

Achieve sales volume and revenue goals through business development and account management.

  • Develop and manage key accounts, building strong relationships and increasing wallet share.
  • Identify and engage with new customers to expand business reach.
  • Conduct ongoing market intelligence monitor competitors products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Perform primary and secondary research to identify new opportunities in custom manufacturing.
  • Lead cost negotiations and manage contractual agreements with global clients.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and site teams to review projects, identify risks, and leverage opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Key Skills & Proven expertise in Business Development & Sales within the Chemicals industry (Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals).

  • Strong strategic, technical, and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and global client management skills.
  • Awareness of market trends, competition, and industry insights.
  • Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and self-driven professional.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Process-driven mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.
  • Qualification & Bachelors / MSc / PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred.

  • 10-12 years of experience in Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemicals with a proven record of CDMO sales to global clients.
  • Experience in international markets with demonstrated success in managing global Age : Up to 45 years.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
