Job descriptionTake complete ownership of the mobile app lifecycle from concept and development to testing, deployment on the App Store / Play Store, and monitoring. You will be the guardian of our app's quality, ensuring a smooth, crash-free experience. Champion high-quality, clean, and maintainable code. Youll set the standard for mobile development, conduct insightful code reviews, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence. Drive the implementation of new, engaging features from interactive quizzes and video players to community forums and performance dashboards. Youll experiment with new Flutter capabilities to keep our app on the cutting edge. Work closely with the product team to translate wireframes and product requirements into pixel-perfect, functional features. You'll collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs, ensuring a seamless flow of data. Obsess over performance. You will profile the app, identify and fix memory leaks, and optimize rendering to ensure a buttery-smooth experience, even on low-end devices. You'll lead the charge on automated testing to ensure rock-solid reliability 3+ Years of Mobile Development Experience : You have a strong background in mobile development, with a proven track record of building and shipping production apps using Flutter. Deep Flutter & Dart Expertise : You are a master of the Flutter framework and the Dart language. You have strong experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), building custom widgets, and working with platform-specific integrations. A Keen Eye for UI / UX : You don't just write code; you care deeply about the user experience. You have a knack for turning design mockups (Figma, etc.) into beautiful, responsive, and animated user interfaces. API & Backend Integration : You are highly proficient in working with RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and collaborating with backend teams to build robust, data-driven features. Testing & Quality Advocate : You believe in the power of testing. Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter is a must. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for mobile apps is a huge plus. Startup Attitude : Resourceful, proactive, and ready to hustle. You take ownership, move fast, and thrive in an environment where you are building a product from the ground up. (If you have published apps on the App / Play Store, we want to see them!) Education Background : A degree in Computer Science or a related field is great, but your portfolio of work and a strong GitHub profile matter more. Impact & Mission : Your code will be the primary interface for our students. You will directly shape the tool that helps thousands (soon hundreds of thousands!) of nurses achieve their dreams and improve healthcare in India. This is work with purpose.
