We are looking for a Production Co-Ordinator who can take charge of our end-to-end production process from engineering, conceptualization to final delivery and help shape Agora Circle’s visual and narrative identity across all platforms as we build this movement.

Role Overview

As the Production Co-ordinator you will monitor all the stages of production for Agora Circle’s educational and inspirational content.

You’ll conceptualize, plan, and execute shoots and collaborate with editors to bring stories to life across formats from long-form podcasts to short, viral digital snippets.

You’ll blend creativity with strategy to deliver high-impact content that educates, engages, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Process : Manage the end-to-end production process from pre-production setup and equipment management to videography and post-production editing.
• Operate and manage a 3-camera setup with condenser mics and lighting to produce podcast-style long-form videos and webinars (including live streaming for YouTube).
• Help shoot in such a way that we can break down long-form episodes into multiple short assets (clips, reels, thumbnails, teasers) for omnichannel distribution.
• Handle all technical aspects of shoots like camera setup, lighting diffusion, audio calibration, and smooth recording sessions.
• Operate cameras during studio, outdoor, and live event shoots; ensure professional framing, lighting, and focus.
• Work closely with brand teams to capture desired visuals and maintain narrative consistency.
• Equipment Management i.e., Maintain and calibrate all camera, audio, and lighting gear; troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure smooth shoots.
• Assist in footage selection and contribute ideas during post-production for better storytelling and visual impact.
• Stay updated on new camera technologies, streaming tools, and production techniques to keep our content fresh and cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience :

1-2 years of hands-on experience in video production, camera operation, and editing, preferably within media houses, creative agencies, or content-led startups. A strong portfolio of both long-form interviews / podcasts and short-form social content is essential.
