Build and nurture vibrant digital communities, drive engagement, and empower employees as brand ambassadors through creative and strategic social media storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
- Manage online communities, respond to comments / messages, and nurture brand ambassadors through our Hootsuite platform.
- Support employee advocacy program, creating tool kits and working with our brand team to build templates for content sharing.
- Collaborate with design, communications, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Track and report on social media performance, providing insights for optimisation.
- Contribute to editorial calendars and campaign planning.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Provide ad hoc assistance for internal communications activities as appropriate.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years’ experience in social media management or digital communications.Creative thinker with strong writing and editing skills.Familiarity with major social platforms and analytics tools (e.G., Hootsuite).Digital photography / video editing skills a plus.Competencies :
