Job Purpose :

To lead and manage the financial operations of the Wind Mill Blade Manufacturing Plant, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning aligned with corporate objectives and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Cost Monitor and control manufacturing costs including raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive lean finance practices.
• Support product costing, margin analysis, and pricing decisions.

Capex & Investment Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and monitor project budgets.

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Controlling & Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS / IND-AS), and statutory regulations.

Stakeholder Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, supply chain, and corporate finance teams.

Systems & Process Drive automation and digitalization of finance processes (SAP / ERP).

Qualifications & Experience :

Key Hands on SAP Skills especially in MM & SD.
