Job descriptionIdentify and drive input metrics that drive revenue & Margin of Key accounts of the business Analyse the monthly MIS and provide insights on factors impacting the business performance and provide necessary inputs to the projections Drive margin improvement interventions with delivery, operations and sales Support the CDO organisation of the Digital Customer Experience business to drive invoicing, collections and business reviews. Participate in the annual business planning exercise and interlock number between business, delivery , finance. Work with business teams to evaluate new investment proposals and business cases. Work closely with all stakeholders and automate as many tasks as possible and feasible. Support any other ad hoc analytical requests that may come up from time to time.
