Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Telecaller) located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires following up with leads, helping to close sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include reaching out to clients, handling telemarketing activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in telecalling, telemarketing, and sales tactics
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed records
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in the food industry or wholesale sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
