The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our relevant product marketing content.
Your market research will help guide you when creating this content.
You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning.
Heres What Your Day Will Look Like :
- Own Product Campaigns - Plan, create, and execute campaigns across pods, from content to lead gen, tightly aligned with GTM strategies to maximize engagement & conversions.
- Evaluate & Direct Content - Assess content for clarity, impact, and alignment with brand voice; guide creators with sharp direction to ensure messaging hits the mark.
- Analyze & Optimize - Use data-driven insights to track performance, iterate fast, and continuously sharpen impact.
- Target the Right Audience - Define ICPs, segment audiences, and adapt messaging using feedback + market signals across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other key channels ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
- Collaborate & Strategize - Partner with pod leads to refined positioning and craft product messaging that resonates.
- Enable Sales Wins - Build and manage HubSpot resources, creating ICP-specific content that helps sales close faster.
- Optimize Content & Distribution - Drive MoFu / BoFu nurturing with effective content and distribution strategies.
- Maintain Clean Campaign Data - Keep campaign databases structured and accurate to reach the right people at the right time.
- Track, Measure, Repeat - Own outcomes : 20% lead growth, 85% ICP targeting accuracy, and sharper campaign ROI.
Experience :
Must Have 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B or tech-led industries.Combine strategic thinking with execution excellence-you know when to zoom out and when to get hands-on.Are a skilled communicator and storyteller, able to influence CXOs externally and stakeholders internally.Have strong familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Semrush, ChatGPT and other martech platforms.Love working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and opportunities evolve quickly.Bring leadership qualitiesmentoring, collaboration, and the ability to rally teams around a shared narrative.(ref : iimjobs.com)
