Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development & Execution :
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies for each platform (e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Content Creation & Curation :
Plan, create, and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.Oversee content calendar planning and scheduling across all social media platforms.Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce compelling visual and written content.Community Management & Engagement :
Actively monitor, listen to, and engage with our online community across all social media channels.Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand reach and build brand loyalty.Paid Social Advertising :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve specific marketing goals (e., lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness).Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management for optimal campaign performance.Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Analytics & Reporting :
Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (e., reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversion rate, ROI).Use social media analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize social media efforts and demonstrate ROI.Brand Management & Reputation :
Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media communications.Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, and proactively manage online reputation.Develop and implement crisis communication plans for social media as needed.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.Educate internal stakeholders on social media best practices and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.4-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.Proven track record of developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive measurable results.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics, native platform insights).Demonstrable experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.Strong understanding of content marketing principles and how they apply to social media.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :
