Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers for campaigns.
Monitor trends, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Run paid ad campaigns and track ROI.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.

Creative mindset with good communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
