We excel in the sales and service of Capital Equipment, Manufacturing Technologies and Engineering Consultancy in Surface Mount Technology, Solar, Automation and EV sectors. Job Description : Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO & MD

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & MD will function as a strategic enabler, ensuring smooth execution of leadership priorities, effective communication across the organisation, and timely completion of business-critical projects. This role requires a high-performing individual with strong analytical abilities, impeccable organisational skills, and the confidence to work closely with top leadership.

Responsibilities

Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Manage and optimise the CEO & MD’s calendar, ensuring balance between strategic meetings, business reviews, and external engagements.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Act as the internal and external point of contact for all interactions requiring leadership involvement.

Business & Strategic Support

  • Assist the CEO & MD in tracking organisational KPIs, business performance, and strategic milestones.
  • Prepare business summaries, MIS reports, and analytical insights for key decisions.
  • Conduct research and consolidate market / industry intelligence to support strategic initiatives.
  • Communication & Meeting Management

  • Draft official communication, high-impact presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Prepare agenda, documentation, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership and cross-functional meetings.
  • Ensure information flows smoothly between leadership and internal teams.
  • Project Coordination

  • Support leadership in driving cross-functional projects to completion.
  • Track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and highlight risks or delays proactively.
  • Help streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Administrative & Confidential Support

  • Manage documentation, approvals, and confidential files with utmost discretion.
  • Maintain a highly organised system for records, communications, and priority tasks.
  • Ensure the CEO & MD is fully prepared for every engagement with background notes and talking points.
  • Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology preferred
  • MBA or equivalent is an advantage (optional)
  • Required Skills

    Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and business understanding.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards.
  • Ability to handle data-driven decision support.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High learning agility; ability to understand technical and business concepts quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and maturity in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Tech / engineering background strongly preferred

    Compensation Range : ₹7.5–15 LPA
