Position : Recruiter (Junior–Mid Level)

Experience : 5–8 years

Industry Focus : Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office – 6 days / week)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and support roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
