Network Specialist - CISCO ACI

Job Descriptions - Lead CISCO ACI Expert - Willing to Travel Abu Dhabi

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) across multiple sites.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, high availability, and scalability of our network infrastructure.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Cisco ACI, including Multisite deployments.
• Design and implement Cisco ACI Multisite architectures.
• Manage and optimize ACI configurations and policies.
• Ensure the secure and efficient operation of the ACI fabric across multiple data centres.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of ACI components.
• Collaborate with network engineers, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure network reliability and security.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and principles ie TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages ie Python, Ansible
• Proficiency in using Cisco APIC for managing ACI environments.
• Solid understanding of data center networking and cloud integrations.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or ACI-related certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Monitor network performance and address any issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ACI deployments and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on ACI Multisite functionalities.
• Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in Cisco ACI technologies
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integrations with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure) will be added advantage
• Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) principles.
