Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer Level 3 with advanced expertise in Cisco technologies to design, implement, and optimize complex network infrastructures across our enterprise environment.

This role is responsible for leading network projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Cisco-based network systems, and mentoring junior network staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience with enterprise routing, switching, security, wireless, and network architectureespecially in Cisco-heavy environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable Cisco-based LAN / WAN architectures using Catalyst, Nexus, ISR / ASR, and Meraki platforms.
• Lead implementation of advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, EtherChannel).
• Architect and support secure edge environments using Cisco ASA, Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), and Cisco Umbrella.
• Engineer site-to-site and remote-access VPNs with Cisco ASA / AnyConnect.
• Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure using Cisco WLC and APs (including Wi-Fi 6).
• Implement network segmentation, identity-based access, and zero-trust policies with Cisco ISE.
• Collaborate with security and cloud teams on projects involving SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor and optimize network performance using Cisco tools (Prime, DNA Center, ThousandEyes, NetFlow).
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 & 2 support and interface with Cisco TAC for high-severity issues.
• Participate in network DR planning, compliance audits, and change management processes.
