Associate IT Assets

Job descriptionMinimum above 2 years experience in relevant IT stores & or managing IT assets in a large warehouse or IT Infra environment. Good working knowledge on Google sheet & excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, if command etc). He / She whould be monitoring the stock of a company's IT assets, consumables & infra-assets. Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels. Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock. Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products. Working with inventory management software to track inventory levels, set reorder points, manage purchase orders and generate reports. Determining the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand. Coordination with procurement, logistics and operation team to streamline the inventory management process. Able to work in a fast paced logistic warehouse environment.
