General Ledger Manager

Role : ManagerQualification : CA (Mandatory)Experience; 7+ yearsCTC : 20-22 LPAMandatory experience in SAP and Team handling.Role : The GL / R2R Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.- Oversee all R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Asset reconciliations.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS) and internal controls.- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accountants / analysts to deliver high-quality outcomes.- Act as a key point of contact for global finance stakeholders on R2R / GL matters.Qualifications & Skills : - 7–10 years of accounting and R2R experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.- Strong knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and R2R best practices.- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
