Bharat Krishimitra is on a mission to transform the agriculture ecosystem by empowering farmers with modern solutions, digital tools, and market access.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Co-Founder who can take ownership of growth and drive Bharat Krishimitra to the next level.

What You'll Do :

Lead sales & business development across rural and agri-markets.

Build strong relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop scalable sales strategies & expand customer outreach.

Work closely with the founding team to shape the vision and growth.

What We're Offering :

Salary : ₹40,000 / month

Equity : 3–4% (Co-Founder role)
