What you’ll be doing : As an accounting professional, you will be expected to : Developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, such as by identifying opportunities to enhance services or by implementing new processes or technologies. Leading and managing a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance. Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team.
