Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Support Engineer & Full-Stack Developer, primarily based in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, offering customer service support, and working on both backend and frontend development tasks. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, maintaining operational systems, developing new features, improving existing functionalities, and collaborating with both the support and development teams.
