Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our weighing scale products. The role involves troubleshooting, customer training, installation, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, customer success, and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide before and after-sales technical support to customers.
- Perform troubleshooting and offer training to customers via email, telephone, or personal visits.
- Conduct product testing, configuration, packing, and installation as required.
- Track and handle quotes, orders, deliveries, customer needs, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to ensure accurate communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and sales support documents, maintain process documentation, and create regular reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within the Weighing Scale industry.Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client needs.Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Proactive and aggressive work approach, with willingness to travel as required.Skills Required
