Position Title : Guest Service Executive – F&B Service

Position Overview
The Guest Service Executive – F&B Service plays a key role in supervising day-to-day floor operations while ensuring exceptional dining experiences for members and guests at The Quorum. This role combines hands-on service with oversight of the service team, ensuring that standards, speed, and guest engagement are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is confident, organised, and capable of guiding junior team members while delivering polished service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations and support the team during peak service hours
- Greet members and guests, assist with menu selections, and handle escalated guest queries
- Ensure accurate order taking and smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar teams
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall service flow to uphold club standards
- Train, mentor, and support Guest Service Associates on service etiquette and SOPs
- Handle billing, voids, and operational approvals as per policy
- Assist in planning and executing private dining events and member experiences
- Track inventory of service equipment, report shortages, and coordinate with stewarding
- Escalate guest concerns promptly to the Assistant Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
- Maintain strong floor presence to anticipate service issues and improve guest satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in F&B service within hotels, restaurants, or clubsStrong guest handling skills with the ability to resolve concerns with maturitySolid understanding of service SOPs, order taking, billing, and floor supervisionPresentable, confident, and comfortable leading by example on the floorAbility to guide and mentor junior team membersFamiliarity with POS systems and basic inventory checksStrong communication skills and a calm, composed approachFlexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
