Department & Position : Food & Beverage Service / Stewards

Reports to : Restaurant Manager / Captain

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our dynamic team at Beeyoung Brewgarden , North India’s largest microbrewery. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Beeyoung spirit.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu guidance.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Upsell menu items and promote Beeyoung’s signature brews and dishes.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and positivity.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service quality.

    • Requirements :

  • 0–2 years of experience in F&B service / hospitality (freshers with passion for service are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, grooming, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and evenings.

    • Department & Position : Front of House / Guest Relations (Hostess)

    Reports to : Restaurant Manager / Captain / F&B Executive

    As a Hostess at Beeyoung Brewgarden , you’ll be the first face of our brand — welcoming guests with warmth, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth, engaging guest experience from the moment they enter.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely guest service.
  • Maintain a neat and presentable front desk and guest waiting area.
  • Communicate wait times, handle guest inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Represent the Beeyoung Brewgarden brand with confidence, energy, and charm.

    • Requirements :

  • 0–2 years of experience in hospitality / front-of-house roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
