Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role Business Analyst role located in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be a techno-functional business analyst bridges business and IT departments by combining functional domain knowledge with technical skills to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure technology aligns with business objectives. They translate business needs into technical specifications, assist with testing, and use tools for project management and data analysis, requiring a blend of business acumen, technical understanding (like SQL), and excellent communication skills

Qualifications :

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise with Utilizing Technical Skills like SQL for data analysis, JIRA for project tracking, and understand development frameworks.
• Develops technology-based solutions that meet the organization's needs and align with strategic goals.
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in Business Process analysis
• Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
• Knowledge of IT systems and project management methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Required skills :

Experience in Life Insurance domain / General Insurance is preferred

Technofunctional role - Technical -60%(SQL, Web Api), digital portal and Functional - 40%(Mandatory)

Candidates should have experience from 3 to 6 years.
