As a Scrum Master you will support the development and cross functional teams, clearing organizational roadblocks, and keeping processes true to agile principles.

You will also foster close co-operation between external stakeholders, the Product Owner and scrum teams.

Primary responsibilities of this role include : Reporting on the teams status, removing impediments to the teams progress, and facilitating Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Daily Standup meetings for each team.

What Youll Do :

• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies stand-ups, progress updates, retrospectives.
• Develop and manage a release calendar for releases, integrating it with other project and business activities.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling and quality assurance of support releases.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release management process.
• Work closely with the QA and Business teams to ensure release meets quality standard.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business units.
• Ensure adherence to agreed audit procedures and protocols.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes and schedules.
• Contribute to regular BAU Support release activities at the direction of the Director.
