Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Nursing Lecturer

at

Sufiya College, Nagaur (Rajasthan) .

The Nursing Lecturer will be responsible for :

Designing and delivering lectures in nursing and related subjects.

Developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and creating teaching materials.

Assessing student performance, conducting evaluations, and providing academic support.

Mentoring and guiding students in both academic and clinical aspects.

Collaborating with fellow faculty members to maintain academic standards.

Staying updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in nursing education.

Qualifications

Proficiency in

Curriculum Development

and

Nursing Education .

Experience and expertise in

Nursing, Medicine, and Clinical Practice .

Knowledge of

Critical Care, Community Health, and Specialized Nursing fields .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.

Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing)

or related field (preferred).

Prior

college-level teaching experience

is an advantage.
