We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Co-pilot Studio Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced analytical and technical expertise to solve complex business problems and drive impactful data-driven decisions. You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models, conduct in-depth data analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues to support dynamic user interactions.
• Connect copilots to external data sources and APIs using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective copilot experiences.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with Polaris’ responsible AI principles.
• Stay current with new features and best practices in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop reusable agent components that can be adapted across copilots and business domains.
